Entraram na Loja de meu Patrão, poucas coisas de valor foram tiradas, mas, OS DOCUMENTOS DA LOJA FORAM TODOS REVIRADOS!

A Informação (AMEAÇA) foi Clara! Em qualquer lugar entramos e fazemos o que queremos!

CORTARAM os Fios do Alarme justamente próximo à CENTRAL de ALARME da loja de Meu Patrão!

Somente pessoas (que sabiam o desenho da Central de Alarme) credenciadas poderiam saber onde fica a posição!

Eu mesmo não sabia por ser tão reservada a posição!

Mas, quem fez, fez a mando de Criminosos que usam Gravata e estavam interessados em documentações da Loja!

Objetivo, Descobrir algo que possa ser usado contra meu Patrão!

Afirmei que teria de sair de meu emprego para proteger meu Patrão! Ele me convenceu a ficar! Agora penso: Será seguro para ele ser meu Patrão?

Antes da Denuncia, tenho que informar um acontecimento:

Após eu denunciar o Advogado do Inglês para o senhor assim como o Delegado e membro do Ministério Público Aconteceu algo muito estranho em meu trabalho.

Na segunda feira passada começaram a trabalhar um casal onde trabalho, Centro Sul, uma loja, tudo seria normal se não tivesse varias coisas estranhas!

O cidadão por nome de Luciano apresentou-se como Pastor Evangélico que mora em Formigueiro (Cidade que fica a 60 Km de Santa Maria de onde existe 1ª ligação de ônibus no período matutino sentido Formigueiro Santa Maria as 06:00 horas e ultima ligação sentido Santa Maria Formigueiro as 19:00 horas)  e estuda em Santa Maria Psicologia. A esposa (conhecida na cidade como Enilce) desse Cidadão apresentou-se como Psicologia, Ambos estavam trabalhando em serviço bem abaixo de sua capacidade intelectual (Formação) , no meu caso é compreensível, mas, é injustificável a pessoas que moram em uma casa muito ampla na Rua Arlindo Scherer  Número 55 em Formigueiro, Pastor conhecido desde a entrada da Cidade, assim eu cheguei até o endereço deles! Não fui até a casa, apenas passei por ela para confirmar as informações recebida pelas ruas de formigueiro (Garantindo que qualquer acusação maldosa fosse infundada e para isso cortei o meu cabelo próximo a casa do senhor Luciano) (Conheço os Caminhos dos Criminosos da OAB)

Devo informar que o senhor Luciano falou-me que não tinha carro, dessa maneira não teria como está na loja às 07:42 e muito menos sair de sua Faculdade e voltar para Formigueiro no mesmo dia, visto que o ultimo ônibus sai as 19:00 horas de Santa Maria para Formigueiro ( Cidade Isolada)

O seu Luciano colou em mim e eu sabendo que tinha coisa errada comecei a falar sobre tudo que estava acontecendo comigo e com minha família, sempre testando, pois, percebi que ele estava sempre ansioso olhando para o seu telefone confirmando algo, acredito que estava transmitindo a conversa, Fiz alguns testes como falar coisas que uma pessoa normal, (não uma profissional) não daria continuação a fala sem uma interferência irônica no mínimo, mas, um profissional daria... Literalmente colou em mim, e fiquei intrigado que meu Patrão não chegava junto nunca, normalmente meu patrão sempre checa se estamos trabalhando e um cara novo no emprego não era checado. Mas, eu fiz alguns outros testes e entre eles eu falei do Presidente da OAB em Santa Maria, nessa hora ele, o senhor Luciano tomou uma atitude busca com seu telefone ( acredito que o desligou) e logo se afastou. Mais tarde perguntou se o sistema de segurança da loja realmente funcionava, respondi que sim...

Ao Sair do Serviço no período vespertino o meu Patrão sugeriu que eu desse carona ao casal, assim eu fiz, fiquei intrigado com perguntas feitas pela Psicóloga, uma delas se eu era feliz, se eu acreditava no senhor (Presidente Joaquim Barbosa)

No dia seguinte, o senhor Luciano continuou colado em mim e evitava que os outros funcionários da empresa escutasse a nossa conversa, mas, tão logo se afastavam, o senhor Luciano voltava a dá corda para eu falar, assim eu fiz, queria saber quem tinha mandado fazerem uma avaliação psicológica em mim, mas, fiz uma derradeira checagem para saber o que estava acontecendo e exclamei em tom de voz baixo, mas, claro e objetivo fitando o olho nele (pois, eu estava de frente para minha bancada de serviço consertando uma fritadeira de batatas, esse celular é como um microfone aberto! Aviso a todos se acontecer alguma coisa  com o senhor João (meu patrão) se alguma coisa aparecer dentro da loja ou sair sem o conhecimento de seu João, as pessoas que estão me ajudando ficarão sabendo e eu que sempre pedi para não fazerem nada fora da Lei, pedirei que eles usem qualquer meio para mostrar ao povo brasileiro o que os Criminosos da OAB estão fazendo.

O senhor Luciano logo saiu e desligou-se de mim não mais se aproximando de mim!

Na saída vespertina, novamente o meu patrão sugeriu que eu desse carona para eles, assim eu fiz, era a hora da psicóloga fazer suas perguntas e eu que não cometi, não cometo crime algum respondia com muita felicidade acreditando na Proteção de meu Deus!

Ontem logo as 08:00 eles saiam de uma reunião com o meu Patrão e encontraram-se comigo e só de mim  solicitaram meu e-mail, eu os dei meu e-mail e demais links de meus blogs!

Relato agora o que escrevi para meu patrão em uma saída para entregar mercadorias!

Brigo com pessoas muito poderosas.

O Advogado do gringo da Fifa foi denunciado por mim, um inquérito foi aberto contra ele...

Fui avaliado aqui na sua empresa após isso! Ele sorriu concordando!

Já estava escrito no papel para ele não falar!

Os dois eram psiquiatra ou psicólogos! Ele sorriu novamente e demonstrava de fazer algo.

[Devo informar que ele (meu patrão) exclamou no dia anterior, temos que fazer tudo direito para não ter um processo!]

O senhor sabia?

Ele respondeu dizendo:

Eu fiz um teste de matemática muito legal, vou te dá para tu fazeres!

Respondi falando também (Eu tenho preguiça de pensar), mas, respondi escrevendo, eu não quero teste! Ele sorriu dando a entender que concordava!

Escrevi que a mulher perguntou se eu era feliz e outras coisas estranhas! (continuei escrevendo) Então eu disse... ( mesmo já relatado acima que falei para o senhor Luciano) ele (meu patrão sorriu) continuei escrevendo para ele: perceberam que eu tinha sacado a intenção deles e no dia seguinte saíram!

Seu João eu já fui em formigueiro e lá não tem ônibus nos horários  que falaram para Santa Maria e de Santa Maria para lá!

Perguntei escrevendo:

O senhor está comigo?

O senhor sabia?

Eu estou muito Próximo da vitória!

Quer ser amigo de um Protegido de Deus?

O senhor não terá só dinheiro mas, a proteção de Deus!

O cara perguntou se o alarme da loja é eficaz!

Eles são da parte do Presidente Joaquim Barbosa?

Ele ficou nitidamente com muito medo, como se tivesse recebido ordem judicial e que era de caráter sigiloso!

Agora Presidente eu lhe pergunto!

Um denunciante de crimes Graves Cometidos pela OAB (com provas cabais destes crimes), tem que ser avaliado se é sano? Tem que provar que é sano!

Um Advogado que foi filmado ajudando na fuga de um procurado pela justiça recebe o direito de não falar em um inquérito, eu um cidadão vítima de crimes contra a humanidade sou submetido a avaliação psiquiátrica dentro de meu ambiente de trabalha a revelia de minha aprovação e pior sem minha ciência da avaliação, no escurinho da legalidade e moral!

Que Poder Judiciário é esse?

Onde está a lisura do Poder Judiciário?

Todos meus colegas achando um absurdo esse casal morando em Formigueiro trabalhando e estudando em Santa Maria.

Que ou quais evidencias de crimes correm contra mim?

Onde coloquei a vida de alguém em risco?

Qual a falsa denuncia que eu FIZ?

Por que uma pessoa que tem denunciado crimes graves cometidos por pessoas muito influentes no Brasil não tem uma proteção clara e objetiva por parte do Estado Brasileiro visto que crimes graves estão sendo cometidos contra mim?

O senhor está esperando darem cabo de minha pessoa?

O senhor mandou fazerem teste de sanidade em mim?

Caso seja verdade, eu lhe pergunto, baseado em que crime? Denunciar  pessoas influentes (da OAB principalmente) é crime?

Por que o senhor Luciano não quis que na Gravação não estivesse os Crimes cometidos pelo senhor Péricles (presidente da OAB Santa Maria e do então Coordenador do Curso de Direito da HFSM e responsável pelos direitos humanos da OAB Santa Maria, senhor José (esqueci o nome dele, o senhor acha no processo aberto por ele que tentaram me colocar como louco no hospício )?

                                          Denuncia:

            Venho através desse e-mail denunciar o crime cometido pelo advogado Fernando Fernandes do Inglês Raymond Whelan , por crime de ajuda a fuga de pessoa com ordem de prisão declarada pelo Poder Judiciário.

            Como o senhor é sabedor a Constituição da Republica Federativa do Brasil não faz distinção entre os que vivem no território nacional. O Direito de um Advogado de defender seu cliente não lhe declina qualquer poder em esconder seu cliente e muito menos ajudar seu cliente um fugir de uma ordem de prisão.

            Denuncio também o Membro do Ministério Público Marcos Kac e o Delegado Fábio Barucke responsável pelo caso de ainda não terem denunciado o Advogado xxx que foi filmado tanto no hotel dando fuga para o Inglês como fotografado com o Inglês em fuga numa parada de Ônibus logo após sua saída do hotel.

            Meu dever de cidadão é denunciar Crimes cometidos em que sou testemunha, nesse caso não só eu, mas, todos os brasileiros que estão vendo os Jornais de TV, claro que como o Membro do Ministério Público e o Delegado do caso não cumprem sua obrigação. Sou Obrigado a Denunciar o Advogado que comete o crime de ajudar na fuga do procurado pelo Poder Judiciário e das autoridades que cometem o crime de não denunciar um membro da OAB.

            Infelizmente não posso fazer denuncia na Delegacia de policia seguindo o tramite que seria normal, mas, aqui no RIO GRANDE DO SUL assim como era no MARANHÃO eu não tenho o meu direito de denunciar ou qualquer pessoa e por essa razão denuncio ao Presidente do Supremo Tribunal Federal e Conselho Nacional de Justiça.

            Desde agora, credo que o senhor será sensível a restrição imposta pelo Governo do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul através de sua Policia Civil. Solicito que o senhor faça chegar ao Juiz responsável pelo caso minha denuncia para ser julgada.

            Devo lembra-lo que leis complementares e ordinárias me impedem de atingir a personificação da lei, um Juiz de direito, simplesmente por eu ser um cidadão de segunda classe como qualquer cidadão brasileiro que não seja membro da maior organização criminosa do Brasil, cito, a OAB.

            Ao senhor tenho o direito de atingi-lo não como Juiz, mas, como Presidente do Conselho Nacional de Justiça para fazer essa e outras denuncia e o senhor como Presidente do CNJ pode ajudar-me a ser, a exercer o meu dever de um Cidadão Brasileiro.

Prova disso são as ordens do Poder Judiciário no cumprimento de  até 100% dos serviços  pelos trabalhadores em estado de Greve! O Resultado foi o descumprimento da ordem judicial pelos trabalhadores! Uma verdadeira Anarquia! (Para os que não sabem, a Lei de Greve obriga que, no mínimo 30% dos serviços mantenham-se operando.)

            Presidente, o POVO BRASILEIRO não é BURRO, o POVO sabe que o Poder Judiciário é o responsável por tanta Corrupção no Brasil, só ainda não sabe que a OAB (Advogados, Delegados, "Membros do Ministério Público",Defensores públicos, Juízes de Tribunais,) são os Principais responsáveis do apoio do Poder Judiciário aos CORRUPTOS no BRASIL.

            Agora a OAB conseguiu fazer os Juízes Togados serem membros da OAB, o Porquê é simples, pois, são poucos Juízes Togados (os Juízes que fizeram concurso público para juízes e fizeram a escola de MAGISTRADOS )  nos Tribunais, o que mostra claramente que são em sua maioria quase absoluta, HONESTOS!

            O senhor, apesar de ser oriundo no Ministério Público, só chegou ao Supremo porque o Ex-Presidente Lula usou a sua Raça Negra para lhe escolher, desrespeitando o seu Currículo, a sua PESSOA HUMANA, Ex-Presidente Lula, um Hipócrita Racista deu um tiro no Pé escolhendo um Profissional Honrado como o senhor que não se deixou ser usado pela propaganda política do Ex-Presidente Lula.  Meus Parabéns! Não teri como saber se vocês estarão comigo, visto que não poderi ir ao aeroporto como eu ia em São Luís ver que as aeronaves chegavam exatamente 45 minutos atrasadas, mas,Deus estará com vocês!
Amigos, pensem, se as autoridades tem tanto medo que o Povo Brasileiro saiba sobre mim e minha família, é porque eles, as autoridades quer do Executivo, do Legislativo, Judiciário, da Mídia, as entidades como sindicatos, associações, OAB, todos, sabem que eu tenho muito a dizer ao povo Brasileiro e para isso fiz o Livro "Meu País" que muitos de vocês já leram.

The Fly by Wire Aircraft Automation Brings SECURITY?

Several Airmen who were put out of the World Civil Aviation System because they have been GUILTY of catastrophic failures in the aircraft OCCURRED Automated , one of the clearest examples is the AirBus air crash in southwestern France when one AirBus made a low pass over a Runway and the onboard computers did the aircraft go into Alpha Mode condition, this Alpha Mode condition did not allow the pilot to increase the power of the engines of aircraft AirBus to avoid that Air Crash.

ALSO there were multiple events with aircraft Fly by Wire, that literally took command of the pilots to follow programs entered on their computers in order to ensure some limits " Security ", in these cases , the " Fly by Wire" electronic system replaces the pilots in the command of the aircraft just when the Fly by Wire understood that moment was safety and the pilots become literally passengers that can do nothing  to avoid a potential  air crash during  all time that the Fly by wire was in the command of Aircraft

Take a good look: Aircraft Fly by Wire following computers that are inserted into the computer program in the same way that are inserted into the computer program in any personal computer (example of the Fly by Wire programs, is that when the pilot makes a curve with wing angle of inclination that exceeding 30 degrees, the computer (Fly by Wire) takes literally the COMMAND of the aircraft from the pilots).

Who must  guarantees that cannot be entered in the Electronic System Fly by Wire of an aircraft, one ( virus ) computer program , which make the aircraft follow a new route from a geographical coordinated and/or  X altitude crossed.

So an international terrorists hijacked can put one (virus) computer program in side of the Fly by Wire electronic system, when the aircraft is on the ground, such viruses can be inserted through a pen drive, DVD or similar devices, when the aircraft is flying through electronic data signals coming from satellites and / or stationary transmitting terrestrial stations , these data transmissions happening today in real time and the same way, the aircraft send some data.

When speaking of hackers, nothing is impossible!

As we can be seen , today the Fly by Wire System ( the last generation aircraft are equipped with this system ) is able to take command of the aircraft from the pilots and the pilots do not have as get back the control of  aircraft until the system Fly by wire finds that it moment  is safe to deliver the command back to the pilots .

I started to fly very young. It was my dream since I was a little boy. This dream I realized. In the beginning I worked in little air companies and no longer I started to work in TAM and after Rio Sul from the Varig Group, two important Brazilian air companies, flying jetliner. In 1999 emerged the opportunity to fly in Europe, so I went to Portugal to work in Portugalia company flying to all Occidental Europe. In 2003 I came back to Brazil and I made a course of agricultural pilot then I began flying this category of flight. In 2007 when occurred the fatal accident with TAM flight 3054, I noticed that something was missing in order to guarantee a safety landing. Then I invented a safety method of landing that I called RMAP- Running Missing Approaching Point. At that moment I started to make public it on the web, specially in orkut communities of airplane pilots. However, some people that for some reason, maybe economics reason, started to tarnish on my reputation saying lies about me on the Internet. In order to discredit me. These people also called me many times to threat me of lost my pilot licenses and my life, I have to cancel my phones to have some peace. In 2008 I got a job in a air company called TAF, that company sent me the ticket to go to Fortaleza where is its operational base. Nevertheless, all of a sudden the TAF canceled my admission. Last year a captain that is my friend, who was working in TAF that time, told me that my admission was canceled because of pressure of the group that is interested to hide the RMAP. Still in 2008 the ANAC - Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency recognized my invent as a necessary change to do, but also ANAC surrendered to the pressure. But beyond of the “RMAP”, I discovered the probable cause of Air France air crash in the Atlantic Ocean in the cost of Brazil with 228 people on board. This discovery is about the effect of the Magnetic Inductance in the system Fly by Wire “FBW”, just because in the aircraft that fly using the “FBW” system, the flight controls and the engines control is being controlled totally by a Electric-Electronic system and if a thunderbolt reaching the aircraft the “Faraday Cage”, just protect it from the electricity that pass around the aircraft, however do not protect the aircraft and all system FBW from the magnetic inductance from the thunderbolt and the result of this is the fuse of part of the “WIRE”

interrupting the connecting between command from Pilots to the Flight Command Surface and the Engines Regime Control. As a result we have a uncontrolled aircraft flight, so is very necessary that the aircraft using FBW system has a alternative system control to the air control surface and the engines regime control without any kind of Electric-Electronic System, just it! And every aircraft using FBW will be very safety, but NOW is very unsafe operation in “thunderbolt condition” with this aircraft using FBW system . I also invented the “BACS” - Bird Anti-Collision System, this system permit that the birds be put out of the flight aircraft track, avoid that happen any air crash like that happened in New York, when the US AIR aircraft landed on the River with 154 on board due to both engines was stopped by a bird injection. This System using the electro-magnetic source, it is like a radar, but do not receive the flash back from the electro-magnetic source sent in front of aircraft track.

Until now I am fighting for my survey and my dignity, until today these people oppress me all the ways you can imagine. Besides, they threated to provoke the lost of my wife job through hacking the system of the place that she works, in fact they already invaded our computer system many times, so much, that I desisted to access the Internet from may computer. These people wish that my wife lost her job considering that if I don't have money will be easier they shut up me. I have a little child of nine years old, and I need to protect me and my family, but how?

Furthermore the Brazilian justice was corrupted too, by the way, who am I to fight alone against these powerfull system. As a matter of fact, in few words is impossible to explain all the things that me and my family is suffering. Until today I am unemployed and I know that many other airline pilots are convinced that the RMAP is primordial and it will avoid accidents and save lives.

About the Air France Air Crash I think that it has a Great possibility that the Aircraft loss the Air control due to a Magnetic Inductance caused for a great flash of lightning that passed close or touch in the Aircraft, but it is just a possibility, the law of the magnetic Inductance show for us that it is completely possible. The Aircraft that is using the system FBW is not protect from the magnetic inductance caused for a great flash of lightning, it is a fact. "BACS" (Bird Anti-Collision System)

 This is a very simple System and very efficient to protect the Aircrafts and their Passenger against birds strikes: Let’s go to see how this invent works: Considering that when somebody or some animal come to intercept us and we want to alert it, in principle, we make some kind of noise and this interception is avoided; The principle of the BACS is exactly the same, but, it used radios frequencies or the same Microwave like is used in Metrologic Aircraft Radar.  Let`s go to consider a Ordinary Metrologic Aircraft Radar project to detect metrological layer or (rain or snow) precipitation during the flight. This equipment turn on the transmission equipment that send radio Frequency with High Power, this radio frequency sending no take more than a microsecond, But, in the case of the BACS, it is twice more powerful than the Ordinary Metrologic Aircraft Radar, with start Power of 200W and it use this frequency to remove of the Aircraft track the birds, however, different of the Radar, the BACS doesn`t turn off the transmission equipment to turn on the receptor equipment to receive the returning frequencies from the target, just because in case of the BACS, it just have the transmission equipment. The radios waves travel in Light speed, about 300.000km/s, this conclusion, send us to observe that the BACS will alert the bird about the Aircraft with time enough to get out of Aircraft track and avoiding a bird strike, due to the BACS Antenna every time will be adjusted to transmit the radios frequencies in the Aircraft successive trajectory, so every time the Aircraft will be passing for a Clear bird Track. . UHF frequencies from X000 until 1X000MHz will be used; The

transmission equipment gives radiofrequencies or microwaves like inputs electromagnetic modulated in high power that is sending in direction of the target ( or in front of Aircraft successive trajectory); During the propagation to the air, the electromagnetic radio frequency goes on in form of cone until reaching the target that will be compelling to get out in front of the Aircraft successive trajectory, because the power will be more stronger in the center of the arc electromagnetic radio transmission than in the periphery of this Arc Electromagnetic radio transmission. . It will be used radiofrequencies (MHz-million of Hertz until hundreds of million); so, we can see that the BACS just will send electromagnetic radio transmission in front of the Aircraft successive trajectory to remove the birds with the radios frequencies more appropriated for the birds that is flying in the season of the year that the Aircraft is flying over this specific local, but, it will have a electromagnetic radio or microwave frequency ordinary for all kind of Birds Around All World. All these frequencies will be published in the Aerodrome Approaching Cards, Departure Cards and Area Cards, etc…

The BACS will be: . System 1 or “S-1” and System 2 or “S2”.

The System 1 or “S-1” - The Crew will select the appropriated frequency in the BACS´s console in accord with frequencies published for this overfly area by the Aircraft in the season of the year that it is happening and the Birds that is flying at that time in this local overfly will be removed of the Aircraft route.

The System 2 or “S-2” - This system will be connecting with the “S-1”; A navigation equipment type: GPS, OMEGA, INERCIAL, etc… that will get select automatically the appropriated frequency in the console in accord with the overfly are by the Aircraft and the season of the year that it is happened and the Birds that is flying in this local overfly will be removed of the Aircraft route. In this case will be necessary that the software of this equipment be updated, consequently the Birds that is flying at that time in this local overfly will be removed of the Aircraft route. But, it could be select the appropriated frequency like it is select in the “S-1”
